Really good Hotel Experience!

The hotel location was superb. It made seeing major attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque easy. The tram station nearby provided simple transport options. I found this location perfect for exploring many cultural and historical landmarks. The hotel staff provided helpful assistance. They organized transport and attraction bookings promptly. Their recommendations were spot-on. The staff addressed all my questions with patience and care. The hotel's room was decorated well and clean. The free safe inside the room helped keep my valuables secure. The available WiFi connection was fast. I appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness. The breakfast included a wide range of food and drinks. I especially liked the fresh juice. The breakfast buffet offered many options each morning. There was cereal available too.

The gym equipment quantity could be slightly improved.

unstaffed bar shower leak

the rooftop bar was seldom staffed so ordering a drink was difficult i saw staff smoking on the stairs near the breakfast area it made for an unpleasant smell there was also a leak in the shower of my room so the bathroom floor was always wet. the gym's equipment needs some updating.

central location nearby supermarket clean room

The room was very clean (I was charmed by the fresh linens). The location was central and close to a tram station. I found a supermarket right next door, very practical.

The orange juice at breakfast tasted slightly watered down.
